This month, Amazing Radio and amazingtunes.com are proud to present another brilliant London gig line-up at The Bull & Gate in Kentish Town.

On the evening of Thursday 13th October, you’ll see South East London band Boxes showing themselves to be yet another talented bunch to have emerged from the capital in recent months. Their track Silent Alarm was first championed on Amazing Radio by our man from the Guardian, Paul Lester, and they describe their sound as “a delicate balance of The Postal Service, Bright Eyes and The Killers.”

Having recently signed to the brilliant Fierce Panda label for the release of their Champion EP, Leeds lads The Chevin are also one of the brightest new bands around. They’ve just returned to the UK after playing a string of dates over in the US, so we’re lucky to have them play for us in the midst of their UK tour.

We’re also thrilled to bring you a live set from one of the Dalston’s catchiest new outfits on Thursday night, in the form of Swedish five-piece Pippa Marias. Figaro, Tobias, Bernhard, Robert and Christofer will bring you raucousness and frolics in equal measure.
