Borderline:FIRE are a commercial Rock band based in Reading. They started in late February 2010 and since then have already made some huge achievements. These include headlining the Surrey Advertiser tent at Guilfest, supporting Bloc Party (dj set) at Scala, London and also selling out their headline slot at Camden Barfly with Mean Fiddler. They are an extremely hard working band with a large fanbase growing by at least 15% a month. Borderline:FIRE have received a lot of local press and have appeared on BBC radio with an interview with Linda Serck. Her reaction to one of the band's gigs was, "Borderline FIRE really raised the roof at the BBC Introducing night in Reading with their ferocious and electrifying set of unfettered rock. Loved it!"
Since their debut EP 'All That's Left Of You' the band have progressed and added a synth player to complete their line-up. They recorded their debut single 'I Wanna Go' at Empire Studios, Guildford and will be launching this at a BBC introducing event on the 30th November, at Oakford Social Club in Reading. Borderline:FIRE are also going on tour on the last week of November.
