Gordon James and the Power have had an exciting career to date. Based in Speyside, Scotland, Some of the highlights of 2018 included playing the main stage at Party at the Palace, closing the Free Range Folk Stage at Belladrum Tartan Heart festival, playing Xponorth, and even taking a trip to Norway. They also featured in the Scottish Sun & track of the day by Jim Gellatly.
2019 saw them even busier, starting the year performing at The Monarch London as part of Camden Rock Presents, then headlining a near sold out Ironworks, Inverness and supporting Toploader in Lossiemouth.
Festival season this year has been busy for the band playing up and down the country at one nearly every weekend including Bute Fest, Xponorth for a second year and Belladrum.
Joining festival lineups with Franz Ferdinand, Twin Atlantic, James, Gabrielle and many more the band are looking forward to continuing to join festival lineups next year.
Amongst the busy schedule the band have even had time to record their next single which will be out by the end of the year.
